Terms

These are the Terms and Conditions of Hire of T’s Bouncy Castles. Please read these carefully and sign at the bottom to signify that you accept them. T’s Bouncy Castles accept no responsibility for and damage or injury whilst our equipment is under your hire. Please ensure the delivery driver has free access to set up onto Clean Flat Ground. Please be advised that if we arrive and there is insufficient space or the area is unsuitable, (e.g. sloping or unclean) your booking will be immediately cancelled and will result in loss of deposit. T’s Bouncy Castles has the right to cancel any booking at any time in really bad weather, for safety reasons or if you the hirer or a member of your party are disrespectful to our staff.   

 

COVID19 Additional Ts & Cs:

  • A maximum of 5 children only allowed on our equipment at a time
  • If you or a party member has suspected symptoms of COVID19 please be considerate of others and cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a full refund
  • If we arrive at your property and it appears evident that a member of your party has symptoms of COVID19, T’s Bouncy Castles has the right to cancel your booking immediately and you will loose your deposit.
  • Please continue to wash hand as often as possible and Stay Alert.

 

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS FROM GETTING SICK.  

  • This unit has an age limit of under 13-year-olds only. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment.
  • No food, drinks or gum to be allowed on or near the inflatable Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking and damage (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition or damaged then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning and, or repairing charge).
  • All footwear, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the Bouncing Castle.
  • No face paints, party poppers, streamers, silly string, confetti balloons or ink based products to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle.
  • No smoking or cooking equipment near the Bouncy Castle.
  • Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and under no circumstances should this be allowed.
  • A responsible Adult must supervise the Bouncy Castle always. Alcohol or any other substance is forbidden whilst using or supervising the castle.
  • Make sure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it. Try to avoid large and small Children from using it at the same time.
  • Prevent Horseplay. Please ensure Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others. Somersaults are strictly forbidden as these are very dangerous on this type of equipment.
  • If for any reason, you need to deflate the castle please switch the blower off at the mains.
  • Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a Child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off.
  • It is essential to ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Bouncy Castle and any Child who is feeling unwell.
  • Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
  • No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle.
  • Please ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.
  • Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 meters) around the unit is completely clear. THE BLOWER SHOULD BE AT LEAST 1 METRE AWAY FROM THE BOUNCER.
  • The Bouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the unit should not be used
  • In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
  • In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. The blower has a safety reset button, try pressing this, also check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us straight away.
  • NO ONE BUT T’s Bouncy Castles staff should go behind the castle at any time
  • Your £30 Deposit will be refund with up to 3 days after your event, providing our property is not damaged and is not left in unacceptable conditions (i.e food and wrappers left all over the castle or extremely dirty or damaged).
  • Should there be any damage to our property, you the hire agree to take full responsibility for the damage costs.
